At the end of August, the NADCAP Chemical Processes audit was carried out at the Las Salinas facilities, with satisfactory results. In this audit they checked part of the final processes we developed, such as TSA, CCC (Alodine), passivated and 5 micron bath. The results were satisfactory, improving the previous results and avoiding the reoccurrence of the failures detected in the previous audits.
Carlos Vázquez Madrigal, responsible for Quality, expressed his satisfaction with the result, because it shows the involvement of the whole team to achieve the results. The auditor emphasized this same implication, as well as the knowledge of the team and the robustness of the processes.
The NADCAP certifications are essential to be able to work in the aeronautical sector, and without them we would not be able to apply for any of the work packages we have. The NADCAP program is administered by the PRI (Performance Review Institute) and was established in 1990 by SAE International in order to define criteria for the entire aeronautical industry for special products and processes.
